Ergonomics is the study of people in their working environment. It is the process of designing or arranging workplaces, products, and systems so that they fit the people who use them. The objective of this course is to help you understand how to eliminate discomfort and the risk of injury and/or illness due to working conditions. As a result, the employees will stay healthy, more productive, motivated, efficient, and can perform better.
