Refund and Change Policy
Overview
Our order cancellation and refund policy last two weeks before the scheduled consultancy or training course (agreed date/time of commencement). If for any reason you are unable to avail the services at the agreed date/time, we can mutually agree on a new schedule.
In the case of services rescheduling, you have to inform us at least one week before the agreed date.
Non-refundable/non-changeable items/services:
- Discount coupon/voucher
- Complimentary services
- If you missed attending the agreed services on the scheduled date/time
To complete your refund or rescheduling request, please contact me within the above-stated time frame w.r.t your order number.
Refunds
Once you request cancellation within the above-mentioned prescribed period, your paid amount** is refunded/transferred back to your original bank account within one week (max) from the date of cancellation request. We don’t do any transactions in cash. We will share the payment receipt for your reference. Upon receiving the refunded amount, please acknowledge by return email.
**The amount refund is subject to adjustment of Govt. Fee, Tax, Bank Fee etc which may incur during the process. (As & when applicable)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again w.r.t the transaction receipt provided by us.
Change of services
If you change your mind and want to opt for another training course, please inform us at least one week before the scheduled date and we can reschedule another course of your choice on the same date/time. Any request for changing the training course after that will be rescheduled at a later date based on availability.
Discount Coupon / Voucher
As a good gesture, discount coupons/vouchers or special discounts are issued based on our discretion on case to case basis. Such discounts are non-refundable/non-changeable/non-endorsable. You cannot transfer such a discount to another individual.
Order Cancellation lead time
Our order cancellation and refund policy is two weeks before the date of the scheduled consultancy or training course (agreed date/time of commencement). If the said period elapsed, you may reschedule the same course/or another course of your choice on later dates/time, based on availability.
Refund lead time
If the cancellation is accepted as per above, the complete paid amount is refunded/transferred back to your original bank account within one week (max) from the date of cancellation request.
